TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WEGOTSPOT STUDIO
Thank you for booking with Wegotspot Studio! We’re excited to be a part of your creative process. To make sure every guest has a great experience, we’ve outlined a few key guidelines and policies. These terms cover everything from studio use to liability and help us keep our space accessible and affordable. The full terms and conditions are linked below—they include some “legal speak” to cover all bases, but we’ve aimed to keep it straightforward. Reservation
Each booking includes a 10-minute cleanup period at the end of your reserved time to ensure a fresh, ready-to-use space for every guest. For example, if you book a 1-hour session, you will have access to the space for 50 minutes, with the final 10 minutes allocated for cleanup by our team. If you book a 2-hour session, you’ll have 1 hour and 50 minutes of usage time, and so on.
Rental periods are pre-arranged at the time of booking. The renter’s time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. This total time includes setup, breakdown, and the 15-minute cleanup period.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. You can change your paid Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 3 hours before your reservation is set to begin by clicking the change/cancel appointment button at the bottom of your confirmation or reminder email.
Restrictions
• All children must be supervised at all times.
• Candles, Glitter, and confetti are not allowed
• Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited.
• Nails, tacks or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If tape is used, it must be painter’s tape.
• Smoking is prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows and air take vents. Projects involving smoke machines must have our approval prior to reserving the Studio.
• No illicit drug use is permitted, and the Studio reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs.
• Music or other sound must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Studio.
• Only water is permitted near furniture and props.
• Set up and breakdown and cleaning times must fall within the total reservation period reserved. It is the responsibility of the Renter and its vendors to set up, break down, and move equipment bac, and the responsibility of our cleaners to clean up the space ready for the next guest.
• Renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party.
• Company representatives may monitor all activities in the Studio and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if the Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law.
Security and Surveillance
For the safety and security of all clients and studio property, surveillance cameras are in operation 24/7 within the studio. This footage is solely for security purposes and is stored in accordance with data protection regulations.
Damage and Cleaning
Client agrees to leave the Studio and all contents and fixtures in the same condition as they were when client arrived. You are responsible for any damage to the Studio including spills, scratches, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, fixtures, floors, or painted surfaces. The Studio and all furnishings and equipment therein must be left clean and in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Trash should be in trashcans, equipment returned to its proper place, and any larger trash disposed of in the outside dumpster. If the Studio is not left in the same condition as when entered, Renter agrees to pay, as applicable (i) a $100 cleaning fee; and (ii) the cost to repair and replace any damage done to the Studio and the furnishings and equipment therein caused by the Group.
Once you access the Studio, if you feel there is damage to any of the furnishings, equipment in the studio please make us aware of this by contacting us immediately.
Late Fees
If a guest exceeds their reserved time in the studio, a late fee will be applied. This fee is based on the number of minutes past the original reservation that the guest or group remains in the space. The late fee is $10 for each minute over the reserved time. The card on file will be charged the late fee the day after the reservation.
Event Rentals
If you are booking an Event, please provide the Studio with an insurance certificate 14 days prior to your Event. The client will be required to add an additional fee for cleanup at checkout.
Boudoir Photography
Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Only tasteful boudoir photography is permitted with our prior permission. Please reach out to the Studio to discuss. Please keep in mind that the Studios have large windows to allow ample light in the space and, in some instances, are located in shared commercial buildings shared with other tenants. We encourage all changing of clothes be done in the bathroom to ensure privacy.
Waiver of Liability
Use of Company’s Premises and equipment/props is at Renter’s risk. Renter hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Renter, his/her party or possessions while on the Premises. Renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Company and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the Rental for such causes arising during the term of the Rental.
Age of Models
Renter is solely responsible for verifying that all photographic subjects are of legal age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Company has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Renter’s activities but reserves the right to demand proof of parental consent if models or photographic subjects are under the age of 18 and to end those activities if Company becomes aware that legal age violations are occurring. Company is not liable in the case of an invalid ID or any other form of age verification.
