Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PicklePlays facilities and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Facility Rules

All users must follow facility rules and regulations, including:

Proper athletic attire and non-marking shoes required
No food or drinks (except water) in playing areas
Respect for equipment and facility property
Courteous behavior towards other players and staff

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability Waiver

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks. Users participate at their own risk and agree to waive claims against PicklePlays for injuries that may occur.

Modifications

PicklePlays reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
